  • Materials

1 pound ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, pepper, and salt to taste, cook pasta of choice.

  • Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Then fry minced onion and garlic in a pan. Meanwhile, cook chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, pepper, and salt. Encase the dish snugly with aluminum foil before placing it in the oven, allowing it to bake undisturbed for a span of 20 to 30 minutes. Then serve the bolognese sauce over the cooked pasta.

4 bell peppers halved and seeded, ground beef 1 pound, cooked rice 1 cup, diced tomatoes, chili powder 1 teaspoon, pepper and salt to taste.

  • Cooking Steps

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Then cook together with cooked rice, tomato, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add the bell peppers to the beef mixture and place in a dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, remove the foil sprinkle the sliced cheese on top of the bell pepper, and bake for another 5 minutes, then serve

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Then add the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions. Cook well with taco shells or tortillas. Then garnish with your choice of toppings and serve.
