1. Jumping Jack

Directions: Spread your legs wide and put your hands above your head. Return to position with legs and arms at sides with occasional claps and repeat.

2. Push-Ups

Push-ups are one of the classic exercises. It targets the core muscles of the body such as the chest, shoulders, and triceps. It is important for building energy in the body.

Directions: First lie on your back in a straight line. Raise your body by keeping your back flat with your arms and shoulders apart, resting both hands on your arms. Return to the previous position and recite like this.

3. Squats

Squats are one of the compound exercises. It works the lower back as well as a variety of other muscles such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, etc.

Directions: First, separate your legs and shoulders and point your toes out. Then bend your knees slightly and lower your body like sitting on a chair. Keep the waist and back straight. Then return to the previous position and repeat.

4. Hip Circles

Hip circles are a helpful exercise for reducing belly fat. This circular motion helps to loosen the muscles and helps increase strength.

Directions: Place your feet flat on the floor and your hands on your hips. Then the left leg rotates the right leg in a circular motion. Keep the waist straight and keep breathing.

5. Plank

Planks are one of the isometric exercises. It targets and strengthens the abdominal, back, obliques, and core muscles of the body.

Directions: It’s like a push-up, keeping the body straight and doing push-ups with both hands. Hold this position by engaging your core muscles and keeping your back flat. Increase the duration of push-ups.

6. Walk

Walking is a full-body exercise. Walking keeps the brain active, and heart-healthy, aids digestion, lowers the risk of constipation, and controls cholesterol and blood pressure.

Directions: Walk like running by swinging both hands forward. It is necessary to walk at least 30 minutes every day.

 

7. Jump Rope

Jump rope is a fun exercise that increases heart and lung capacity. As a result, the blood circulation in the body increases and supplies oxygen and nutrients to the various parts of the body. Besides, it is very beneficial for breathing.

Directions: Grab the handles of a rope with both hands and jump over it with your feet. Keep jumping in a steady rhythm.
